Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is verified. A separate shipping notification with tracking number will be sent once your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight and dimensions.

  • Domestic US shipping: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipping (if available): Estimated delivery 7–21 business days. Customs clearance delays may occur and are out of our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Address modification requests can only be accepted before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Our responsibility for goods ends once the carrier confirms delivery to your shipping address. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management and local post office. Contact us within 5 business days from the delivered date so we can assist you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. For damaged items upon arrival, please contact us and provide photos of the package and damaged products within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are collected upon delivery, and we have no control over these fees.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before they are processed and shipped. Once your package has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available, and you will need to submit a return request following our Refund and Returns Policy.
